DKB Immobilien AG was a company of the Deutsche Kreditbank (DKB). The subsidiary holding company comprised 19 regional and supra-regional companies in the eastern federal states. The core business: offering and managing more than 47,000 affordable rental apartments. This made the group one of the largest companies in the sector in Germany. The corporate strategy included the preservation of important corporate values, norms and social standards, laid down in a “Social Charter”.
In order to be able to fulfil the task of friendly customer communication on the one hand and the requirements as part of a group in the financial sector on the other, we developed an independent corporate design based on the values and guiding principles. The prerequisite was a clear visual reference to the parent company.
With an umbrella brand strategy and simple systematic principles, the regional companies were able to independently create media for their individual locations. The visual world was determined by authentic images of the tenants and thus strengthened the bond with the company.
In addition, for almost 10 years we were responsible for the conception and design of the holding’s most important media. The company merged with TAG Immobilien AG in 2012.
